At the heart of our school is a strong pastoral system designed to support every student both academically and emotionally.
Each year group is led by a Director of Learning, who is responsible for overseeing both the academic progress and the pastoral care of students. Across the school, there are three Directors of Learning, each dedicated to ensuring that students in their year groups feel supported, challenged, and inspired to succeed.
They are supported by a Student Manager, who plays a key role in the day-to-day care and wellbeing of students. Together, this team builds strong relationships with students and families, ensuring that any concerns are addressed quickly and effectively.
This structure enables us to create a positive and nurturing environment where students can thrive academically, while also feeling supported in their wellbeing and personal development.
